Continuous learning is a cornerstone at Mirafra. We firmly believe that upskilling our engineers enhances their individual capabilities, enabling them to deliver projects with added value, superior quality, and on time for our clients.
Our dedicated full-time training team conducts multiple programmes at Mirafra, focusing on every aspect from content creation to delivering training sessions that address complex problems aligned with the current semiconductor landscape. Additionally, we have exceptional in-house training programmes and dedicated trainers for English communication skills, leadership skills, and presentation skills, among others.
Company-wide initiatives like the Aryabhatta Technical Lecture Series aim to hone engineers’ curiosity by encouraging them to listen to and subsequently explore topics that may have been previously unfamiliar.
Mirafra has partnered with leading EDA vendors to provide a full suite of industry-standard tools to its engineers – exclusively for training purposes.
Our resource management team and programme managers also work closely with our training teams to achieve maximum customer satisfaction through high-quality performance from our engineers. Furthermore, we address inputs and requests received from customers to create training programmes specific to their needs in a timely and comprehensive manner.
Internships
Opportunities to learn and grow
Mirafra Technologies offers paid internships to students from various universities.
We operate a dedicated state-of-the-art internship training centre in Manipal, Karnataka. Budding engineers undergo industry-standard training alongside hands-on projects that leverage the latest EDA tools and design architectures. These interns may transition into full-time roles at Mirafra upon meeting specific performance metrics.
Our internships focus not only on making students versatile in languages and methodologies, but also, at a more fundamental level, on making them better engineers who would be a great asset to India’s semiconductor landscape. This is achieved largely through an emphasis on conceptual understanding, problem-solving, communication, proactiveness, and a general culture of excellence that challenges them and helps them become the best versions of themselves. This is the differentiation Mirafra offers.
Our interns also contribute to Mirafra’s flagship open-source initiative, mBits. This strategic initiative underlines Mirafra’s commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering innovation within the tech industry. (Underlines is a more formal way to say “emphasizes”)
