Ridhima’s leadership and talent acquisition expertise has been instrumental in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams across the Frontend, Backend, and Analog domains at Mirafra. As Director of Talent Acquisition, she leads a dedicated recruitment team focused on excellence.

Before Mirafra, Ridhima honed her skills at Careernet Technologies, managing key accounts and overseeing end-to-end recruitment within the semiconductor industry. Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding with a good book, exploring new destinations, and staying connected.
