With prior senior roles in Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, CitiusTech, and L&T Infotech, he brings a wealth of experience in driving talent agendas across diverse markets.

Joining Mirafra in 2021, Mabin spearheads Talent Acquisition and Development Initiatives, driving digital transformation and process enhancement while fostering agility, customer connectivity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Mabin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, supplemented by a GNIIT certification.
